Our Identify Ambassadors are “introductory-level liaisons” of Identify Ministries to our local community, especially churches. 

As an ambassador you will receive quarterly trainings and updates relating to Identify Ministries and other similar ministries that will help you triage Christians in your sphere of influence to the best resources to meet their spiritual and emotional needs. You will be equipped to help your church or organization leadership better understand the ministry resources available by providing them materials supplied to you by the ministry and be able to verbally relate key information that will help make their job easier when it comes to dealing effectively with sexual situations that arise. Additionally, you will be a part of a fellowship of active Christians in the community that serve as a network for biblical sexuality and learn of other key resources available locally to your church or organization. Lastly, you may discover a need within the ministry where you may choose to serve.

Our quarterly luncheon trainings are currently free to attendees. In an effort to establish broad relationships, we ask that only 4 people from any one church or organization attend the free luncheon. The ambassador should make a strong effort to attend, but if unable, will fill their spot with someone from their church or organization who is supportive of the premise of Identify and can relate the information back to the ambassador and leadership. Childcare is NOT provided for Ambassador luncheons.

Our ambassador trainings take place quarterly with 4 major components:

1. Identify Ministries’ Update
2. Overcomer Culture Update
3. Ministry Equipping
4. Question & Answer

By having our ambassadors experience the orientation process, we find they are more apt to refer to the same procedure to incoming clients and better understand our ministry culture.

After attending an initial luncheon, we ask that ambassadors make a commitment to attend the next 3 ambassador trainings at minimum. If an ambassador no longer feels called to attend, we ask that they notify their leadership and ours to assist in finding a replacement.
