About Our Director
Derek Paul
Derek Paul serves as Executive Pastor and Founding Director of Identify Ministries. His work brings together pastoral ministry, occupational therapy training, and years of focused study in discipleship, neurodivergence, youth safety, trauma, and personal development. His aim is to help individuals, families, and churches think clearly, compassionately, and biblically about identity, healing, and formation.
Academic & Professional Background
Derek is a licensed occupational therapist with certifications including ASDCS, CHC, and Certified Pastoral Counselor, and holds a master’s degree in the field. His clinical and developmental background has informed his ministry work, especially in areas related to behavior, regulation, trauma, family dynamics, and long-term growth.
